This is one of the few products I find that has a ton in it, and also seems to be absorbable. Pill form multivitamins seem to just go straight to the toilet.
I take Humic and Fulvic every morning as part of my breakfast routine.
I noticed that if I don't have it when on a trip for several days I don't have the energy as when I take it. Humic and Fulvic helps me to absorb the vitamins from my food naturally and reduces bloating and swelling. My energy level goes down and I'm not as motivated. I highly recommend to all my friends at the gym and family members. More than expected and highly recommended.
I have been using this liquid vitamin for a year and feel it's the best I've found. It was recommended by a Chiropractor who specializes in figuring out what is causing your problems. Increased energy level, better sleep. I use the capsules when I travel for convenience. I recommend these vitamins to everyone. They are expensive, but excellent quality.
I supplement with nutraceuticals becasue I’m celiac. This helps me keep down inflammation and provides me with the daily vitamins and minerals I desperately need at 51 with having such a restricted diet. Thank you!

I have used several multivitamins and this one by far has been the best. It allows me to remain healthy, active, and alert throughout the day.
I’ve tried tons of veggie protein powders and this is by far the best. The vanilla flavor is great and dissolves well in water. I also use it often in smoothies and it blends so well you can’t taste it. Highly recommend!
I purchased this as a recommendation from a doctor who also uses the product. He said it would be the only supplement I would need and I wouldn't need the other vitamin supplements I was taking. I just started today January 1st. I was pleasantly surprised it didn't taste bad like I was expecting. Taste like a very condensed smoothie, not to bad. My plan is if I do well with this product it will be 100% my supplement routine. I need to wait for a week or 2 to know if my body is tolerating it. If so, I will get on the recurring shipment plan. Day one off to a good start.

I also have been using this product for years. Well, it tastes like dirt, but i don't care. I am actually after the minerals and trace minerals the body needs. I do one shot glass a day and there seems to be some brain clarity that comes with it. after 30 minutes of throwing down a shot, I do notice myself more focussed. just my experience. I found this product when I stopped taking calcium. YES, Stop taking calcium. Bones are made of 12 different minerals. When I was taking calcium (per ...) it caused calcifinic tendenitious in my shoulders and was awful. couldn't even lift my arms, it was terrible. So I switched to this. minerals. good luck ya'll!
This actually, truly helps me sleep deeply!! I've taken other magnesium, but this has been the best. I do take it with a magnesium spray and put that on my feet and that's when I get the deepest sleep. Taste is bad, but before I was taking this consistently (2 droppers even night before bed) I was waking up and staying awake! So this has been a godsend!
