These electrolytes are really good. They taste good. I’ve noticed a difference in my self since I started drinking them. My nervous system was a bit shot and is also helping with that highly recommend.

I’ve been taking this in the evening with fulvic and humic and although I don’t know exactly what the cause of feeling better all around I’m pretty sure this is a part of it. It doesn’t keep me awake. It feels like I’m getting better absorption as a result of the timing. Thank you!
