Shipping policy

Mother Earth Labs is committed to the efficient, timely fulfillment of your order. All retail orders over $99 in the continental United States will receive free ground shipping.  Additional shipping options may be available in the cart. Shipping rates are competitive and based on live carrier rates. 

Shipping rates for orders bound to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will be calculated based on order size and weight. 

Wholesale orders will be offered competitive shipping rates based on current live carrier rates. 

International shipping charges will be calculated based on order specifications and disclosed prior to fulfillment. Additional rates may be available by request. Specific carrier requests are subject to availability and may be accommodated at the discretion of Mother Earth Labs.

Mother Earth Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. Please verify all shipping information before placing your order.

Mother Earth Labs is not responsible for carrier delays. Lost packages should be reported within 10 business days. It is the policy of Mother Earth Labs that a package is not considered lost until 14 days have passed since the last tracking scan. Replacements will be sent once a package is determined to be well and truly lost. 

  • If your order has not shipped: Contact Customer Support immediately at 210-209-9016 or customersupport@motherearthlabs.com, and we will make every effort to update your address.
  • If your order has already shipped: Customers are responsible for any carrier rerouting fees, return-to-sender charges, or reshipment costs.

Orders returned to Mother Earth Labs due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be resent once applicable fees and reshipping charges are paid.
