1. Who we are

Automated replies: our AI support assistant may answer chats, emails and contact-form messages first. It's an automated tool that uses artificial intelligence, not a person. Email replies from our AI support assistant say so at the start and end. In chat, messages from the assistant may be marked as automated. You can ask for a team member at any time (for example, reply "team member"), and a person will reply during support hours.

Customer support hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Central Time, excluding US federal holidays.

Response time: we usually reply to emails, contact-form messages and chats within 1 business day. We usually answer messages sent outside support hours on the next business day.

2. How to reach us

Orders, shipping and returns

Call (210) 408-2800 or email customersupport@motherearthlabs.com. Please include your order number.

  • To cancel an order that hasn't shipped, contact us as soon as possible (Section 8.1 of our Terms of Service).
  • If you're not completely satisfied with a product, contact us by phone, email or chat within 30 days after delivery, and we'll refund it, opened or not, under our 30-day satisfaction promise. Please contact us before you send anything back: we'll tell you whether we need it. Our Refund Policy explains how refunds and returns work.
  • To report a lost, damaged or incorrect order, see Section 13 of our Shipping Policy.
  • If you live in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from (cancel) your contract by email or by letter to our address above. Section 23.4 of our Terms explains how.

Subscriptions

Sign in to your account and choose "Subscription management" (or go to motherearthlabs.com/apps/subscriptions). Depending on the options it shows, you can cancel, pause, skip, reschedule, change products or change your address there. You can also cancel or make changes by email to customersupport@motherearthlabs.com or by phone during support hours, and we'll confirm by email within 1 business day. If our AI support assistant answers your email first, ask for a team member. You never have to accept an offer or answer a question to cancel: if the online page asks you to, cancel by email or phone instead. Reporting a side effect or adverse reaction

If you think you've had a reaction to one of our products:

  • In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. For poisoning or an overdose, call Poison Help at 1-800-222-1222 in the US, or your local poison control center.
  • Stop using the product and contact a healthcare professional.
  • Tell us by calling (210) 408-2800 during support hours, or by emailing customersupport@motherearthlabs.com at any time with the subject line "Product Reaction." Please include the product name, the lot number from the label, what happened and when, and how we can reach you. You can also tell us through chat, a review or social media. Our AI support assistant may answer emails and chats first, so please ask for a team member in your message to make sure a person sees your report. We review every report and use it to meet our reporting obligations to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
  • You can also report directly to the FDA through MedWatch at 1-800-FDA-1088 or www.fda.gov/medwatch. In Canada, you can report to Health Canada's Canada Vigilance Program. In other countries, you can report to your national health or food-safety authority.

Privacy requests

  • To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or of targeted advertising, use our Your Privacy Choices page, or email customersupport@motherearthlabs.com with the subject line "Privacy Request: Opt Out." Some tags on our website may keep collecting information from your browser after you opt out. Sections 5 and 7 of our Privacy Policy explain this and your other choices, including cookie settings and Global Privacy Control.
  • To ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to make any other privacy request, email customersupport@motherearthlabs.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call (210) 408-2800.
  • If you live in Washington or Nevada, you can make a consumer health data request by emailing customersupport@motherearthlabs.com with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Request." Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains your rights.
  • To contact our Privacy Officer, the person in charge of protecting personal information, email customersupport@motherearthlabs.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or write to High Coast Capital L.L.C., Attn: Privacy Officer, at our address above.
  • Our AI support assistant may reply to privacy emails first. It can't handle privacy requests. Our team handles every request sent to this address, even if the assistant has replied. Asking for a team member in your message helps it reach a person sooner.

If you have trouble using our website, call or email us and we'll help you. Our Accessibility Statement explains what we're doing to make our website accessible.

Wholesale and private label

To apply for a wholesale account or ask about private-label manufacturing, use the form on our Wholesale Partnerships page, or email customersupport@motherearthlabs.com with the subject line "Wholesale." We usually reply within 3 business days. Wholesale and private-label orders are governed by the written terms for your account or your written agreement with us.
