How to use
Add one stick to 12–20 oz of water and shake or stir well. Take it once a day, or 20–30 minutes before a walk, run, ride or workout. A second stick may be taken before activity or as advised by your healthcare provider. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Formulated for adults.
Caution: Not intended for children. Keep out of reach of children. If you're pregnant or nursing, take medication (including blood thinners, blood-pressure medicines, nitrates or PDE-5 inhibitors) or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before use. The niacin in this product may cause a temporary warm, red flush, more likely at two sticks.
