I love this magnesium. I was taking magnesium bicarbonate, but it caused some digestive discomfort. Not this magnesium though. I add a couple droppers to some water and drink it. The tastes doesn’t bother me, I like it! Within a few minutes of taking it I feel relaxed. I always take before bed. It’s good stuff! 🙂

This is a game changer! I can always tell when I need magnesium because I feel it in my muscles, jaw, and gums (weirdly enough). In the past I’ve taken every type of magnesium supplement I could find from the effervesent powders to tablets to capsules and other liquids, but now I realized just how much money I wasted! This Ionic Magnesium is incredible!!! I take 1-3 servings depending on how I’m feeling and the results are quick and noticeable. Within 30 minutes my muscles relax and the tension just disappears. My only complaint is the taste. It’s both sour and sweet but completely worth it. I just add it to about 4 ounces of orange juice and drink it quickly. I’ve even put it right on my tongue and washed it down with coffee or tea in a pinch. This is one product I will always have nearby!

The Ionic Magnesium from Mother Earth Labs has been a real game changer for me.
