I’ve been taking Humic Fulvic for 1 1/2 years but from another company. I started using Mother Earth’s in November by capsule and it was helping me just as much as the more expensive brand. I ordered the liquid form late December and started in January 2024. I can’t tell a difference in the capsule or liquid, so when I runout I will go back to the capsule which I have to take 2 capsules daily to get the benefit.
